I used bridgestone RD603 in 185R14 size and switched to 195R14 Hankook RA08. There's quite a difference in height between the two and with the old 1.9l WBX I could feel the loss of power in my full Westy. My '85 'Weekender' Westfalia handled 27x8.5r14 size tires quite nicely, though. The wider 27s gave good handling on the Applachian back roads in lighter Wolfy.
