Being in Australia, I had never paid attention to Tiico, but this
seems like a great loss.

When i looked them up, I cam across a product they used to sell:
rebuilt Vanagon automatic transmissions with the A2 (Golf/ Jetta)
final drive.

Can anyone help me with information about this please?  What was the
advantage/reason for this mod to the Vanagon automatic transmission?
What is involved in the conversion?
