Sorry, that is just not accurate. Most of the mechanical parts *can* be sourced (some VW, some Audi, some 2L, some 1.8L, etc.), but not always easily. You cannot get the engine adapter plate, and I believe the flywheel is Tiico specific as well.

The other problems are the MAP sensor (Tiico ONLY) which is often a problem for those in very cold climates, and the ECU which is Tiico only (although I've not heard of any ECU failures yet). Neither of these items is currently available from any online vendor (although Peter at Van-Cafe was trying to source them last time I talked to him). I'm not sure if the throttle position sensor is Tiico only or not, but Peter has (for now) whole throttle body assemblies for sale, with the TPS.
