Japanese-market cars have no such thing. I have looked at hundreds of used cars from Japan, and none were marked as above.

The switch has symbols for "park" and headlights". No letters. On "park" all lights (including instruments) but the headlights and indicators come on. In the more recent cars (ie those with model-specific headlights) the front parking lights are normally the indicators or in another separate lens, never a bulb mounted in a hole in the headlight reflector. Off is labelled "OFF". On a very few models, including 84-88 Nissan Skylines, there is a auto setting as well.
