I fixed mine and the repair lasted about a year -- at which point I went and
got replacement parts --- BusDepot and GoWesty both have them --- and I'm
darned if I remember who I ordered mine from. I'll note that the fooling
around fixing the thing was not worth the money I briefly saved by not
buying new parts.
