Yes, about 4" tall. I would recommend some air space (1" if possible) or heat-insulating material above the heater so as to not affect the efficiency of the fridge too much. You could gain at least 1/2" but cutting the wooden floor where the heater will mount. Remember also that the propane tank is below, so be sure to locate the burner exhaust and inlet to avoid it.
