Thank you all for your feedback.  I have received enough positive responses
from my prior post to be willing to order a few and see how it goes. You can

The price is slightly below cover price, plus you will only pay postage from
Pennsylvania rather than the $20 (!!!) shipping cost from the U.K.  What's
more, if you order before midnight Sunday, you will get an additional 5% off
if it is part of a $100 or larger order and you enter DOUBLEDIP in the
"comments" section on checkout.  (The discount will not appear online but
will be deducted when we ship.)

The books should arrive somewhere around the end of the month. In the event
that I get more orders than books and have to wait for more, those who
ordered earliest will get priority. If I don't email you to say otherwise,
you can assume you'll get one from the first shipment.
