WR's are good tires, even if you live in Southern California. The only possible problem with them, could be if you want tires rated for heavier loads, but then, with other Nokian's, you might find the tires are louder than you like. WR's are going to give you better all weather service than Agilis tires, they'll also give you better wheel protection from curbs than Agilis will.

Small Car Performance carries WR's for 15 inch wheels, and 16 inch too. That's not where I bought mine, think I got mine from an online place that shipped them from the Sacramento area. Right now I have two Agilis upfront, and two WR's at the rear. If it wasn't for a mishap, I'd still have just WR's, though they are a bit old at this point...
