I'll see what I can come up with. Some vanagon owners don't know about the heater valve under the back seat on the rear heater, but I'm sure most of us do. Then there's how to set the 4 heater levers so the heat comes out at your feet - not everyone knows that one. Some vanagon owners don't know there's a funnel that pulls out of the oil filler tube. I'll see what I can come up with in my bag of tricks that people might not know. ........................... OK..........here's one I bet you've never heard of. When you just Can Not get a clutch hydraulic system to bleed..........and I've almost never had to do this, but I was impressed when a mercedes / volvo tech friend of mine told me about it. You connect a hose from the left rear brake bleed valve to the clutch slave bleed valve, and, using the brake system, , you pump brake fluid backwards up through the clutch hydraulic system to bleed it...................... or at least get it pre-bled enough to be able to bleed it normally. Does that qualify as something you don't already know ? I suspect it might. good fun energy to all ! Scott turbovans whoops.......gotta trim !
