What I just quoted above took me 15/20 seconds, rather than top post the entire thread, as almost always seems to be done here? I'll have to get better at doing it consistently. Sometimes, simple adult behaviors come hard for this van-nut. One of the reasons I bought some pretty expensive rims to replace some very heavy, relatively inexpensive rims, was not their static weight, rather their rotational weight. It's one of the reasons that some Formula 1 race cars are built with the brake rotors/discs inboard, rather than out inside the wheel/tire. I have BFG's now and those tend to be beefy and heavy and that weight/mass gets noticeably "heavier" when it's moving, rotational weight.
