Maybe a better way is to send ADMIN notices only to those members engaging in the offending discussion. 
That way, me like the rest of of the listmembers don't have to be annoyed by these constant  warnings of infractions we aren't party to. 
 
And of course, because Jim trimmed the Boingo message content and I did'nt read it, I haven't a clue what the thread was about. I did'nt read it , so then thesr ADMIN message have become to to me useless clutter . 
 
In other words, can the off-topic thread offenders be p-mailed ? Seems to be the only way to keep from disturbing the rest of the on-topic members.
