I personally use uTorrent, available from uTorrent.com. After installation, click one of the links provided below. A dialog box will open asking you to open or save the torrent file, click open(with uTorrent). When uTorrent starts, another dialog box will open asking you where to save the torrent file. (there might be a dialog for setting up uTorrent, but I find the defaults work well) Save the torrent wherever you choose, and wait until it finishes downloading. :)
