No. All my '84s and my '85 utilize gas caps with keys separate from the ignition key. I have an ignition key and the gas key on one keyring. After unlocking the gas cap, I put the ignition key into the passenger side door handle thereby suspending the gas cap just below the door handle. That keeps the cap handy, visible, and the van won't go without the ignition key. Works for me. Mike |
