well, yeah, it kinda does ... cause this is the same car manufacturer that MIGHT just build another bus for sale in the u.s. ... and what they do/screw up with the beetle is a good indication of what they'll do/screw up with the new bus ... IF it ever gets built. and whether they come through with the new beetle for the u.s. and whether it gets really screwed up is what we can expect from them in the future. :( so by looking at what paths they take now will tell us what to expect from them in the marketing years to come. and what this new beetle tells me is that we can basically forget about any new u.s. buses for at least 5-10 years. :(
