On the other hand, "All service records available." and a newer tranny and clean engine, if that's all true the paint job could be the sign of a fussy owner (as long as it was not done to cover up major rust or damage). Sounds like it was done right, all trim removed prior to painting, etc.

The bald tires are at odds with all that I agree, but if the rest of the description is right it might be a fair price. A lot of people would pay a little on the high side if they know all the service history and that there's no immediate "sorting out" that needs to be done.
