Hi Al, I'm experimenting with Amsoil now. I've also had very good performance from Redline and Swepco. I live in cold and hot temps and do a lot of mountain passes. My primary reason for trying Amsoil is due to reading the online published "stuff" and finding that it is the only synthetic. All others are apparently "cracked" from dino-oil and so are essentially a very refined dino-oil.
