To be honest, I think these are the standard Hella headlights used on many japanese cars and also for the ProjektZwo Vanagon headlights. Even on US-cars imported to Germany (Firebirds and other ones with hideable headlights).

I put up a few photos of these: www.v6bus.de/de.jpg www.v6bus.de/de2.jpg www.v6bus.de/de3.jpg www.v6bus.de/de4.jpg www.v6bus.de/de9.jpg

And also in my own Vanagon (DE version):

Here is how I installed them in my Vanagon using an old rectangular lamp bucket: www.v6bus.de/DE/DE1.jpg www.v6bus.de/DE/DE2.jpg www.v6bus.de/DE/DE3.jpg www.v6bus.de/DE/DE4.jpg www.v6bus.de/DE/DE5.jpg

Now I am in the middle of integrating a Hella Xenon DE module the same way. It is almost complete, except I have to find someone to polish the middle of the stock headlight glass of the Vanagon. I am hoping to get a stock look but with a clear middle for the Xenon lense: www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild017.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild018.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild019.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild020.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild021.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild022.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild023.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild024.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild025.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild026.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild027.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild028.jpg www.v6bus.de/xenon/Bild029.jpg

If anyone is interested, I can upload a zip with much more pictures of my testings...

Regards Raimund
