i do some work with a marine surveyor and have cursory knowledge of boat
canvas --

your aircraft carrier experience and helicopter / fixed wing  tie down
experience likely puts you into the
-- I really know what i am doing category  --

so i will scurry back under my ledge and wait for your improved version --

glad to see the project is in such knowledgeable hands --


i have a pal whose daily driver is a 50 ford flat head
(think thunder road but with a canadian mercury issue of the engine)

he developed many improvements to the engine which were not technologically
possible in the late 40's --
it impresses me each time i see what the mind is capable of
more so when i see what hands can produce --
