A front-end loader is not a street-legal vehicle. I think they are allowed to drive on streets short distances when its unavoidable, but I don't know all the legalities. Do you know if it had headlights on and amber flashing warning lamps? If it was driving without lights at night that to me is something that needs to be brought to court.
