It reminds me of the '68 single cab I had my eye on for about 10
years. It sat on a covered driveway, stock, except for some business
lettering from the 70's. I talked to the 80+ y.o. owner who did not
want to sell his baby. Sure, I understand. He said he'll fix it up.
OK. Years later I stop by again, same story. Then the owner passed
away. I talk to the family who say they'll fix it up. Sure. They
towed it away on its original tires only to store it elsewhere. Years
later, still nothing. It's their right to do as they wish with it, of
course, but delusions have wasted many historic vehicles.
