sounds like the '89 Bluestar i parted out (same model as you describe above aka '89 wolfy). The DPO (and i stress the "D" in DPO) used it for a work truck. the diagonally striped rear sofabed was ripped up from loading drywall and plywood, rear cushion had paint spilled on it, front seatbacks had holes jammed in them from loading lumber in it, headliner ripped up etc. . the only thing that survived was the jumpseats, which had been stored in his basement.. i got the van after DPO blew the heads and then threw the motor out (yea, in the garbage!) at that point it was too far gone to fix.

i still have the van, i use it for storage of parts..
