very common problem, actually 95% of vanagons out there have the lower part of the jack hole ring busted off the fiberglass sideskirts.

this is when your van is put on a shop lift improperly and the lift cracks off the bottom of the ring. whenever my van is put on a lift, i always mention this to the mechanic and there has never been a problem.

but most of the parts vans ive had , the rings were busted off from shop lifts.
