I remember the can's with the spouts punched in. Worlked reasonably well. Now-a-days I just use the plastic bottles of oil. I really go disturbed though when a year or so ago the oil was switched over to bottles with larger openings. The small neck bottles worked well, but these newer wide mouth bottles are a pain.. I keep a couple of the older bottles on hand, filled with my favorite oil, to avoid mass spillage.
