bURNINGvAN 2009

Saturday January 17 3PM or so on wards to dark

Ocean Beach West end of the north side of Golden Gate Park, across from the
windmill right on the beach, San Francisco, CA.

The bURNINGvAN planning is going along swimmingly. Will A of South Lake
Tahoe has a case to burn, so if he can make it that's covered. The fire
twirlers, and fire works folks have been alerted.

I have some old pallets to burn. I just need some help getting them into the
van and into pieces. If I remember to get some starter liquid [gas] things
should be bright and cheerful. Very bright.

We've actually heard from one or two folks confirming their attendance so
the usual cast of thousands should be on hand at the premier vanagon, bus,
whatever event of the year, except for the other ones.

Hoping Pensioner and his chili make it even though I can't eat on advice
from my stomach lining. It's not hot it's just that my stomach lining has
gone on strike, sort of.

Melissa Mourkas hasn't confirmed so that means she'll be there, especially
since I have a place for her [and others] to park. For free.



BenT may even make it. I mean the same day. Really.
