I have it on my '84 7-passenger. I got the declared value insurance after I had put in new long block and had the exterior completely restored. I had to have van appraised ($75 cash) by "expert" recommended by my local insurance agent. Policy is with company that has all my car insurance business as well as my home insurance.

Your friendly local independent insurance agent should be able to give you the details.
