I had the same response when dealing with the bus depot.
I was ordering a set of dishes, the vanagon kind with little blue, green and
red busses/ vans alike & she went to the back pulled them and gave me a
better description.

Although it took me over a year to finally put the 2 99cent clutch and brake
rubber pads on.
