It's been a while since I had to get at the locking system fuse on a 90
Syncro Westy.....
and it's 'way up in there.'
I had to remove the black plastic cover..........which I don't like on there
anyway.....
unhook that,
then undo the screws that hold the fuse box...........
I think there are two ways to do that.........either by one screw that
secures the fuse box to the bracket it sits in,
or by two larger screws that hold the bracket to the body of the van.
In any case.......after lowering down the fuse box I found a fuse up in
there.
