With all due respect to curious vehicle buyers everywhere, communication goes both ways and sometimes the shopper is at fault.  I was once selling a Ford Aerostar van and the ad specifically stated "5-speed manual trans" and you would not believe the callers' shock when they learned the implications of that. "You mean I have to SHIFT the gears? Why would I want a van like that?"
