hi. you don't need a Bentley. see of the gas pedal got unclipped from the rod coming through the floor that clips into the gas pedal..........that happens . it's not big deal. inspect in the rear at the throttle body, see if it's broken there. drop the spare tire holder, remove the black plastic cover ( 4 sheet metal screws ) from the underside of the throttle bell crank........see if the cable is broken there.

fold the rear seat flat.........take the engine cover off.........run a string or wire back there to the throttle body...... or have someone operate it while you drive.

for a last resort.........use the key as an 'on-off' switch..........you fire up, take off at 100 % throttle......get up to speed, turn the key off, loose speed, turn key back on , etc. Takes a lot of raw driver skill. Helps to not be in traffic of course ! it's just a mechanical cable system . Can be lashed up or jury rigged with hardware store parts if need be.
