I agree --- Jim was doing a great job --- and he was actually doing it; much harder than sitting on the sidelines and thinking about how things could be. Jim -- why not appoint BenT as your deputy for awhile and then share duties etc when you're feeling less abused.

Attempts at forming some sort of consitution etc are doomed to create miles of spam to little effect --- I think of the bandwidth spent on list stickers a few years ago --- sheesh :-)
