Hi Jim,

You would be better off pulling out the lock wafers and laying them out in order. Then you can simply match the wafers to re-key any of the other locks to the same key.

If you only want to re-key the sliding door handle, just take out the wafers and transfer directly onto your sliding door handle cylinder in the same order. Just a reminder, the lock cylinder in the slider handle is held in place by a tiny screw.
