I have a Lucas high-mounted brake light on the inside of the rear window of my '84 and a Chevy Astro unit mounted on top of the '86's Westy roof. They both work well but the Astro one is much more visible. You can see some lousy daytime pix here: http://subyjake.googlepages.com/mydixiedarlin%27

I actually picked up a new Lucas kit at Value Village for a couple of dollars and am holding it in reserve....
