Hi all. For more front end work room, my Westy is now sticking out of the carport with the rear wheels resting on a slight incline downhill: http://tubaneil.googlepages.com/WestyDriveway2.jpg/WestyDriveway2-full;init:.jpg http://tubaneil.googlepages.com/WestyDriveway1.jpg/WestyDriveway1-full;init:.jpg Since the front will be up on stands/blocks and rear tires blocked, parking brake on.... Is there any safety advantage in building/using small wedge-like platforms for each rear wheel (basically extending the carport floor) to keep the rear of Westy level with the carport floor? Sign me "worrywart with a subtle lack of physics sense knowlege" ;) Neil.
