Oooops!

Did this this am when scraping the windshield while the westy was warming up. Noticed after awhile as I was scraping 2-3" of snow/ice off the windshield, that the wipers were on but frozen to the windshield!!!!! -broke the wipers free, & they started moving to 6" below the windshield-not good-quickly moved the arm up so that they were in correct position once again.

I wonder if I have any soft metal left in the arms????? They did work properly while driving after that, but that couldn't have been good for them?

Mr. BZ-remember to turn off wipers when I shut off vanagon next time!
