Phil, The fluid level on the dip stick is past the top mark, I guess I should have mentioned that in my original post. The van had sat for about 7 years I am guessing but with the level high I figured it was antifreeze and transmission fluid. I haven't crawled under the van yet but hope to some time this weekend and drop the pan and see what comes out. Kevin
