There are Four places to check the VIN's.
The Dash, (of course :o)
the drivers side seat box (side) (in the aisle) (under the carpet),
the frame outrigger; passenger side just behind front door.
and the title.
Of course, there are also the body stickers ...
but, I've never really trusted them.
Same with the dash label.
