Out of all the heaters I have used, my preference is for the tiny Pelones. It seems to be the quietest and best heater for heating my vanagon or trailer. It has lasted me thirty years to boot. The upper bunk in cold weather, better get a good mummy bag.

Watch out for safety tip over switches. The last Wally mart one I bought in early December did not have one. I would have never bought it.

1500 watts is about the max current you can safely draw through 14 gage copper wire along with a 15 amp circuit breaker.
