Some will tell you that you can fix this yourself. I'm good with stuff, and was never successful in this. Replacements are no longer available at the dealer (and cost about $160 the last time I got one.) You can send it to Overseas Speedometer in Texas <http://www.overseasspeedometer.com/ >, and they'll repair it (normally about $85 plus shipping).
