Sounds like fun but probably not this summer for us, we are heading
down to San Diego for Comic Con and probably out to Mesa Verde and
the Grand Canyon.

Anyway, I went to MS Streets and trips, start and stop in Portland
and optimize the stops you listed.
Fairbanks, Denali Park and Reserve, Anchorage. 5300 miles and 12+
days of driving (with the default 9-5, eight hour drive day).
It really sounds like fun.
