I realize we are in hard economic times, but I am rather surprised at the sudden rush to these heaters. What I would LIKE to see along with this is a well-written post on the PROPER OPERATION AND VENTING of said heaters in an enclosed / non-vented / Vanagon environment. And please cross-post to ALL Vanagon-related chat groups! I hope, really hope, that one day we don't have to read an obituary for someone from this very group. I'd rather be cold than consider one of these inside my van. Just my opinion, one that has been formed by many years of winter camping inside a Westy, the later years using a proper purpose-deigned van furnace. Karl Mullendore www.propexusa.com |
