Before I get into this... any advice on windshield washer blockage? '84 westy

My washer does not put water on the windshield. I get voltage to the
motor when the washer is activated, I have continuity thru the motor
when I checked it with the meter.
I'm thinking blockage and I wonder if anyone has had this problem
before and if they remember how they solved it.
