Subject: I got a Gas Buddy
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1

After reading the many posts about the Gas Buddy heater on sale at Lowes I thought I would inquire at the local store to see if they had any and at what price. Some people on the list  indicated that they looked for one but their store was sold out. I went to our local store and asked about the availability of the item and the price. The initial response was that they had some but were sold out, but then one guy with a little bit more of a service mentality said he would look again. He found one, the last one on a back shelf and said it was on sale for $39.50 down from about seventy dollars. I bought it since I never pass up a bargain, no actualy I bought it thinking that maybe someone on the list could use it. I never camp in my van so I have no use for it. The bottom line is if someone wants it I will sell it to them, unopened, for my purchase price plus the sales tax that I paid plus the shipping cost to where ever you live. I never try to make money doing things like this since selling VW stuff is not my business. If you are interested please contact me off the list and I will respond immediately. SAM
