It is easy enough to make your own out of hardboard if you are handy with a jigsaw. If the cover is the only issue, they cut recover instead. It's a matter of using something like spray-on contact cement on the backer board and also on the replacement vinyl. Once they get tacky to the touch, you just press on. You're done. I have also seen a Vanagon with aluminum diamond plate pattern screwed into the rear hatch. That will be a bit more expensive if you are buying new material. Another alternative if you like the diamonnd plate look w/o the metal and expense associated with it would be vinyl floori covering. You can glue it as easily as soft vinyl. I'm doing this to some front door panels for my Doka.

Failing all of that, you can always go the used panel route.
