Hi Dahn,

One option for what you seek would be MegaSquirt. It's an open-source DIY fuel injection system that can be installed using the original VW sensors and fuel rail. It will take some work to adapt it to your vehicle, but in the end you wind up with a much more flexible and efficient system.
