you can say that again........ two big advantages of gasoline over turbo diesel, and also specifically with the Ford engine ...... the engine is under a lot less stress, compared to a diesel and is more likely to run decently for a long time............... and if one does go south on ya........you're looking at hundreds, not thousands, for a good used engine.
