That's just bullsh*t!
That grouping is a hodgepodge of cowboy 'journalism' The Chevy pickup story
was invented by NBC news, who rigged some C10s with explosives and showed
the massive fireballs in slow-mo on their 'investigative journalism' TV
show. These are the same clowns who crucified the Audi 5000 for 'sudden
acceleration' when Cadillac and Mercury Marquis' had much higher rates of
'pedal misapplication' ie the idiot driver mashed the wrong pedal and kept
on holding it down.
Any teenage boy who ever brake-torqued Dad's Pontiac at the stoplight drags
knows that the brakes are stronger than the motor.
Change providers, they'll be telling you the holocaust never happened and
that smoking has health benefits next...
