Mike,

Michigan Winter may not be Maine exactly but we have had some extremely cold weather lately - well off and on. So that is exactly what I was experiencing - when it was really cold it ran terrible - would start running real rich, loss of power. I'd turn the key on and off to reset the ECU and it would backfire and then run ok for a few minutes. However, when it warmed up outside it would run well or I'd have less of a problem with it.

Made sense to me that over cooling could cause poor running but I wasn't sure.

The ride into work today was enjoyable - lots of heat and no running problems.
