I have three brand new ones. This is the full shifter with all bushings installed, ready to drop in. It has the plate that mounts to the floor on it and the large bellows boot. Even has a new shifter knob on top. I would like $250 each for them. Don't ask where I got them but they are OE VW. I have had them for many, many moon and I have been keeping them in case I might need one. This works on four speed Vanagons only. Sorry the shifter is different for 5-speeds.
