H4 Euro headlights either by destroying them or by shipping them to another

Ken,

There must be a way to sell them to a US customer. I've bought H4's
from (legal) importers who
took them off for certification purposes. I don't know the specifics but I
have bought them before.
There's a lot more Buyers for those lights in the US. You are depriving
yourself of a wider market.
