It looks like my white westy that I just had painted. I also had the front and rear bumpers painted along with the upper and lower grille. You can see this guy has done the same thing but there is nothing wrong with that as these fade over time and a fresh coat of paint makes them look like new. I am looking to get $17k for mine.
